bolay is good and you get your money worth! i honestly like bolay over chipotle anyways get it! But heres what i always get: Pesto noodles Black rice Garlic broccoli teriyaki chicken steak cilantro pickled onions creamy garlic sauce herb pesto SO DELICIOUS TRY IT!!!

Been here numerous times and it's a great quick option if you are looking for something on the healthier side. I ordered mine directly in stores and they are usually quick even during their lunch rush. There's a mix of great tasty options. I got a regular bol and was quite full afterwards. Plenty of seating inside and outside the restaurant.

Healthy , gluten free and yum !! I like their citrus chicken breast, whole grain black rice and sweet potato noodles ! their salad always fresh and portion never disappoint me

I have been here countless times, and honestly the food and the service never misses! If you're looking for something healthy, but yummy and full of flavor, Bolay is your place. The food is fresh and there are menu changes from time to time, so that's something to look forward to. But as mentioned, there is so much flavor and it's honestly comparable to fast food prices and I believe you get so much bang for your buck. my personal favorites are the glass noodles, black, rice, sweet potatoes, roasted, broccoli, and teriyaki chicken but honestly you can't go on with anything because I've tried it all.

Once again, the boredom of food options flooded my mind, and I needed to eat something as I hadn't munch on anything the entire day. Looking for variety and somewhere close by, I decided to check out my local Bolay in Coral Springs! Going in, the interior was very clean, spacious, and screamed millennial style dining. I ordered the regular bowl, which comes with 2 bases, 1 veggie, and 1 protein for a total of roughly $12. I chose the kale salad, black coconut rice, zuchnni, and teriyaki chicken with hot Thai sauce and creamy garlic. Moving on with my review, the food to my surprise was pretty good! I was skeptical initially about the portions, but the bowl was a pretty nice size for what it's worth. All the elements of the bowl itself were fresh and had different flavors which I enjoyed. My only critique is that the food I agree with others is a little bland and could use more salt/pepper. But otherwise, service was friendly and quick too. Overall, I was pleased with my experience at Bolay and would give my review a 4/5.
